3.1 Registration Information

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods. Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and interbank transfers from major Malaysia banks. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods, and 1 to 3 business days for standard bank transfers. Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification before it can be processed.

6.1 Casino Games
All casino games — including video slots, baccarat, roulette, and blackjack — use certified RNG. Game results are final once a round is completed. Any internet connection disruption during an active round will not affect results already recorded by GLBet's servers.
6.2 Sports Betting
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. GLBet uses results data from official sports providers, and final decisions rest with the relevant sports regulatory body. Any result disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the result being published.
6.3 Live Casino
Live casino games with real dealers are subject to standard international game rules. Results announced by the dealer are final and binding.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the glbet platform and may result in account suspension or termination without notice:
- Registering more than one account under the same or different name, phone number, or details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
- Lending, selling, or transferring a GLBet account to another individual.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using funds from illegal activities to make deposits.
- Making repeated deposits and withdrawals with the intent to manipulate the payment system or launder money.
GLBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member for the reasons set out in these terms. Accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated depending on the severity of the violation committed.
8.1 Temporary Suspension
An account may be temporarily suspended for investigation purposes, pending identity verification, or unusual activity requiring review. Suspension periods typically do not exceed 14 business days unless the investigation requires additional time.
8.2 Permanent Termination
Permanent termination may occur as a result of confirmed fraud, repeated violations of terms, use of bots or automated software, or a member's own request for permanent self-exclusion.
8.3 Withdrawal After Termination
If an account is terminated for reasons not involving fraud, any valid balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member within 14 business days via the last payment method used.
